I am a Postdoctoral Fellow in the Department of Computer Science and Engineering at the University of Notre Dame.
My research lies at the intersection of Community Informatics, Computer-supported Cooperative Work, and Human-Computer Interaction, with a focus on leveraging emerging technologies and AI to support socioeconomically underserved populations and those who serve them.
My current work centers on (1) human-AI teaming approaches to foster collaboration among social service organizations and enhance their operational efficiency; and (2) calibrating appropriate levels of AI trust and mitigating administrative burden when navigating public services policies.
I obtained my Ph.D. in Informatics from the Pennsylvania State University in August 2024, advised by John M. Carroll, following a B.S. in Technology Management from Yonsei University in 2019.
